Pizza dough rolled up and stuffed with prosciutto, ham, red pepper, onion, and cheese. This is great as an appetizer, main dish, or party food! So unbelievably tasty and it bakes in 20 minutes!

1 package refrigerated pizza dough or homemade pizza dough
1 tablespoon olive oil
½ onion, diced
1 red pepper, cored, seeded, and diced
4 button mushrooms, coarsely chopped
3 ounces prosciutto, about 7-8 slices
2-3 slices ham
1 cup grated mozzarella cheese ( I used grated Swiss and it tasted great too)
½ cup pizza sauce, plus more for dipping
1 egg, beaten
