6 large Green Peppers, raw
2 lbs. Lean Ground Beef, uncooked
2 cups Rice, cooked
1/4 cup Onion, finely chopped
1 1/2 cups Cheddar Cheese, shredded
3 cups Tomato Sauce, plain
