Quick Stir-Fry Mung Bean Sprout with Balsamic Vinegar

1 pound mung bean sprouts
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon sugar
1 ½ tablespoon balsamic vinegar
1/8 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon sesame oil
2 tablespoons chopped green onion
Stir together sugar and balsamic vinegar in a small bowl Heat olive oil in a wok, add mung bean spouts and stir-fry over high heat for 1minute. Add sugar-vinegar mixture and stir-fry for 1 more minute. Season with salt and stir for 30 seconds. Sprinkle with chopped green onions and stir for 30 seconds. Turn off heat and add sesame oil. Stir to mix. Serve immediately.
