I seem to go through phases with my breakfast. I find something that I really like and eat it every day, or nearly every day for weeks. Quinoa Berry Breakfast Bowls is the latest of my breakfast loves.

¾ cup steel cut oats
pinch of salt
¼ cup quinoa
3 cups water
¾ cup milk
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
2 tablespoons maple syrup
Nuts and berries for topping
