Made with almond butter, coconut oil and maple syrup, this silky chocolate-y Quinoa Pistachio Cranberry Fudge is a delicious melt-in-your-mouth dessert. The perfect sweet treat for any day!

2 tbsp almond butter
½ cup coconut oil
2 tbsp maple syrup
½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 cup quinoa flakes
¼ cup shelled, unsalted pistachios
¼ cup reduced sugar cranberries
pinch of sea salt
