These pancakes are a good way to go for breakfast. The pumpkin and greek yogurt are a great mix and you don't need to add syrup for a good taste. They are so good you won't even remember that they are healthy for you.

½ cup canned pumpkin
½ cup greek yogurt
¼ teaspoon baking soda
½ cup quinoa flour
1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
1 Tbl. milk
