Ramon Chicken Stir Fry

Here is a great recipe for when the kids ask for Ramon noodles! Adding chicken and vegetables makes you feel a lot better about feeding it to your kids. And it makes for a filling dinner for adults!

2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
Broccoli crowns
Carrots
Bell Peppers
*You can really add any vegetable like onion, cauliflower, peas, etc.
2 packages of chicken flavored Ramon (noodles and sauce packets)
Cook the Ramon noodles according to the package minus adding the flavoring packets then set aside. Cut chicken into cubes. In a wok or large skillet heat 2 teaspoons of vegetable oil. Add the cubed chicken and cook until no longer pink. Add the vegetables and cook until tender. Add in the flavoring packets and noodles and stir to combine. Then enjoy!
