5-6 1/4" pork steaks
3/4 c BBQ Sauce
2/3 c honey
1 small yellow honey
2 tbsp Dijon mustard
1 tbsp minced garlie
salt & pepper to taste
3/4 c BBQ Sauce
2/3 c honey
1 small yellow honey
2 tbsp Dijon mustard
1 tbsp minced garlie
salt & pepper to taste
Heat oven to 350f
Put steaks in 9x13 baking dish
cover with sliced onion
In a small bowl, mix remaining ingredients and pour mixture over pork steaks.
Toss around a bit with a fork so some of mixture gets underneath the steaks.
bake for 50 minutes
