A healthy, tangy smoothie with subtle hints of coconut.

1/2 cup raspberries, fresh or frozen
1 banana
1 handful of your favorite greens(I like spinach, kale or chard)
1 tbsp. chia seeds
1 tbsp. wheat germ
1 tbsp. flaxseed meal
1 tbsp. honey
1/2-3/4 cup coconut water
