This is one of those things that just popped into my head, while I was trying to think of portable lunches for Limi to take to work. It seemed like a nice idea, and when I tried it out, everything just worked perfectly! I love this sandwich because it is incredibly easy to put together, it's portable and delicious! It is good for a sack lunch to work, or to the park or put it on a croissant and take it to a potluck!

2 large chicken breasts
1 TBS basil
1 TBS thyme
1 cube chicken bouillon
4 cups of water
1 tsp salt
1/4 cup sour cream
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/3 cup sliced almonds
4 oz (1 small container) fresh raspberries
8 pieces of whole wheat bread
