This Raspberry Swirl Cream Cheese Cake is creamy delicious, not difficult to make, just a lot of mixing of luscious ingredients like butter, cream cheese, sugar, eggs and raspberry syrup and last but not least fresh raspberries.

4 ounces low fat cream cheese, softened
1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
1/2 tablespoon vanilla extract
3 large eggs
1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon salt

1/2 cup raspberry syrup

8 small taro roots
water
salt
1 cup yogurt, mixed with enough water to submerge roots (add salt)

  2. Slightly cut a slit into each root, but not big enough to split the root into two pieces. This will allow the water and marinade to go into the taro root
