Raspberry Truffle

Tossed together with ingredients that I had on hand.

1 Loaf Angel Food Cake, cut in ½-1” squares
3 oz. Raspberry Gelatin
1 cup hot water
½ cup cold water
1 cup raspberries
1 8-oz. tub Cool Whip
Prepare gelatin with hot and cold water, chill until partially set. Toss cake, gelatin, raspberries and ½ of the cool whip together. Place in bowl you want to serve it in and top with remainder of cool whip. Refrigerate until firm.
