This decadent chocolate orange cheesecake recipe is so good it’s hard to believe it’s so healthy and nutritious. If you never tried cashew cream before, you’re missing out! For the base:

? cup/45g brazil nuts
? cup/40g walnuts
2 cups/320g pitted dates
2 tbsp. maple syrup
1-2 tbsp water

For the chocolate layer:

2 cups/300g cashews (soaked overnight, or for at least 6 hours)
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 tbsp. cacao powder
70ml coconut oil
70ml maple syrup
70ml water

For the orange layer:

2 cups/300g cashews (soaked overnight, or for at least 6 hours)
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 tbsp. cacao powder
120ml coconut oil
60ml maple syrup
Juice and zest from 2 oranges

For the chocolate topping:

5 tbsp. coconut oil
3 tbsp. cacao powder
6 tbsp. maple syrup
2 tbsp. cashew butter
