This decadent chocolate orange cheesecake recipe is so good it’s hard to believe it’s so healthy and nutritious. If you never tried cashew cream before, you’re missing out! 2 cups/320g pitted dates
2 tbsp. maple syrup
1-2 tbsp water
For the chocolate layer:
2 cups/300g cashews (soaked overnight, or for at least 6 hours)
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 tbsp. cacao powder
70ml coconut oil
70ml maple syrup
70ml water
For the orange layer:
2 cups/300g cashews (soaked overnight, or for at least 6 hours)
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 tbsp. cacao powder
120ml coconut oil
60ml maple syrup
Juice and zest from 2 oranges
For the chocolate topping:
5 tbsp. coconut oil
3 tbsp. cacao powder
6 tbsp. maple syrup
2 tbsp. cashew butter
