This is a great way to have just about any hamburger dish 10 to 20 minutes from freezer to table.

5 to 10lbs of raw hamburger
Get a 5 qt or larger pot and place on stove. Put "ALL" of the hamburger meat into pot. Press down until meat is compressed-]. This is important>Turn heat on high and listen for the meat to start to sear, then put it on low. When juice is clear all is cooked. Drain it well and while still hot use a potato masher and break it all up. Divide into freezer bags to amount needed for various recipes. I put 2-3 cups per bag. Squeeze out air and freeze. When ready simply nuke in unopened bag 1 minute and place in recipe. If you want the fried affect place into pan and stir fry for desired affect.
