Red beet Flower Bread

I am a newbie in the baking town and getting fascinated about this wonderful world of baking breads. Its a beautiful combination of science and art with endless possibilities. I have made a bread a couple of times, but I still feel really new at it and This one is really special for me as this was my first successful attempt of artisan bread and that too with an experiment of adding beetroot.

Ingredients:

2 cups all purpose flour

1/2 cup bran

1/2 cup white plain oats , grinded

2 teaspoon instant dry yeast

1 cup grated beet root (raw)

2 teaspoons sugar

2 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon salt

1 cup warm water
