These cupcakes are so good and very moist. The combination of chocolate and peanut butter is perfect, just like a Reese's.

For the Cake:

2 cups all purpose flour
2 cups sugar
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking powder
3/4 cup water
3/4 cup buttermilk
1/2 cup butter (not margarine), very soft
2 eggs
2 tsp vanilla
4 ounces unsweetened chocolate, melted and cooled

For the Frosting:

1/2 cup butter, very soft
1 1/4 cup Creamy Peanut Butter
6 Tablespoons milk
2 1/2 cups powdered sugar
