Gluten Free Carrot Pumpkin Muffins

1/2 cup pumpkin puree
3 eggs
1/2 cup plain non fat yogurt
1 cup finely grated carrot
1 Tbsp vanilla
1/2 cup Stevia ( you can adjust Stevia to your taste less or more)
1 tsp baking soda
2 tsp baking powder
2 tsp Cinnamon
1/4 tsp salt
1 cup oat flour
1/4 cup almond flour
Combine all ingredients in blender or food processor. Spoon mixture Into muffin tins lined with parchment muffin liners or I prefer to use the silicone liners. Bake at 350 degree oven for approximately 20-25 minutes. Enjoy! Recipe make 12 muffins
