A delicious BBQ sauce with heat from chipotle peppers and a surprising, subtle tartness from rhubarb!

1 cup chopped red rhubarb
2/3 cup water
1 tsp extra virgin olive oil
1 medium onion, diced
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 chipotle peppers + 1 tbsp adobo sauce
1 cup ketchup
2/3 cup brown sugar, packed
½ cup molasses
2 tbsp cider vinegar
2 tbsp worchestershire sauce
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
¼ tsp salt
