Ritzy Chicken (serves 12)

This dinner is super easy and very flavorful!

2 or 3 chicken breasts, boiled and cut in small pieces
1 16 oz sour cream
2 cans cream of chicken
1 tube of Ritz crackers (crushed)
1 stick of butter
Mix the first 3 ingredients and put into a 9x13 baking dish. Melt butter stir in crushed crackers until coated then layer on top of chicken mixture. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes. You can serve it just like this or serve on a bed of rice.
