2 Tbs extra virgin olive oil, divided
1 tsp garlic powder
3 cups cauliflower florets, sliced thin
½ cup onion, sliced thin
½ cup red bell pepper, sliced thin
2 garlic cloves, sliced thin
½ cup asiago cheese, grated
? cup mozzarella cheese, cut into small chunks
¼ cup fresh parsley, chopped
salt and pepper to taste
