These are the most flavorful burgers EVER! The jam goes with anything, this is a new family favorite!

1 1/2 pounds lean ground beef
8 ounces Gouda, cut in 1 cm cubes
pinch kosher salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 head of roasted garlic, mashed
2 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
1 1/4 teaspoon fresh thyme
5 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
