5 in heirloom tomatoes cut in half
1 small sweet onion sliced
2 garlic cloves whole
Drizzle of olive oil
Salt and pepper
1 tablespoon of oil
1/2 tablespoon fresh ginger minced
2 tablespoons sugar
1/2 quart of chicken stock
1/3 cup heavy cream
1 small container of Burrata cheese.
