Caramelized Roasted Honey Cinnamon Acorn Squash is drizzled with honey-cinnamon, and sprinkled with crumbled cheese and crunchy almonds.

1 Acorn Squash
2 tablespoons olive oil
½ teaspoon salt
? teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon cinnamon
2 tablespoons honey
1 oz. crumbled blue cheese
2 green onions, thinly sliced
12 each smoked almonds, chopped
