1 tbsp. balsamic vinegar
¾ tsp. kosher salt
Ground black pepper
2 stems of tarragon

Preheat oven to 425°.
Make sure mushrooms are dry then place in a medium oven-proof dish.
Drizzle over oil ,balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper.
Toss to coat completely.
Lay tarragon on top.
