2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
4 green onions
1 tablespoon thyme
2 tablespoons cilantro
1/2 red bell pepper, roasted
1 jalapeño, roasted
2 teaspoons cumin
1 teaspoon cayenne
1 egg
5 slices pepper jack cheese
5 Gluten Free hamburger buns

1 teaspoon unflavored gelatin (or agar agar powder)
2 tablespoons honey
