This twist on a classic dish has sweet pan- roasted plums and savory thyme for a delicious twist!

1 TBSP Raw Cane Sugar
2 TBSP Butter, separated
2 tsp Fresh Thyme Leaves (1 sprig)
3 Eggs, room temperature
3/4 Cup Whole Milk, room temperature
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
½ tsp Salt
2/3 Heaping Cup Flour
