Roasted Turkey Leg with Veggies

This is a simple recipe actually. It doesn’t require a lot of attention, but requires a bit of marinating, which is something I don’t usually do. You can use your favorite veggies instead of the celery-carrot-brussels sprouts combo.

5lb turkey leg
juice of 2 lemons
2 tablespoons barbecue sauce
1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
4 tablespoons soy sauce
2 teaspoons salt
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon paprika
1 teaspoon thyme
3 onions, sliced
10 garlic cloves
4 celery stalks
4 medium carrots
20 brussels sprouts
