This easy roasted zucchini recipe makes a delicious side dish, and is great for using up some of that summer zucchini!

3 medium sized zucchini
1 1/2 Tablespoons olive oil
1 Tablespoon paprika
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
