This recipe is great for any day but it is a real treat for the weekends. Lamb Chops:
1 Tablespoon Garlic Salt
1 Tablespoon Rosemary (dry/fresh)
2 Tablespoon Extra-Virgin Olive Oil
2 Tablespoon Steak & Chops Spices
8 Lamb Chops
Potato Wedges:
4 Large Potatoes (Washed)
Vegetable Oil
Salt
1 Tablespoon Garlic Salt
1 Tablespoon Rosemary (dry/fresh)
2 Tablespoon Extra-Virgin Olive Oil
2 Tablespoon Steak & Chops Spices
8 Lamb Chops
Potato Wedges:
4 Large Potatoes (Washed)
Vegetable Oil
Salt
Lamb Chops:
Preheat Oven to 180 degree C
In large mixing bowl... mix olive oil, garlic salt, rosemary and steak&chops spices.
Add lamb chops and turn to coat
Place lamb chops in ovenproof skillet and in the oven it goes :)
Roast for 20 minutes and turn to roast for another 20 minutes
When the fat on the sides has turned brown and crispy it is ready to serve.
Potato Wedges:
Cut washed potatoes in wedges and put in boiling water for 10 minutes
Drain and heat (high) oil in large frying pan (enough to cover all the wedges)
Transfer potatoes to oil and fry for 10 minutes till light brown and crispy
Remove potatoes from oil and place on kitchen paper
Season with salt to taste and serve
