4 teaspoons salt
2 teaspoons paprika
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon dried Italian Seasoning
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper or Cajun seasoning
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
3 pounds chicken legs with skin
2 teaspoons paprika
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon dried Italian Seasoning
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper or Cajun seasoning
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
3 pounds chicken legs with skin
In a small bowl, mix together salt, paprika, onion powder, Italian Seasoning, onion powder, black pepper, cayenne pepper, and garlic powder. Place chickens in a Ziploc bag and shake with seasoning until well coated. Refrigerate overnight, or at least 4hours.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
Place chickens in a roasting pan or baking dish. Bake uncovered for 1 hour, Turn chicken once during cooking.
