The healthiest cake in the world! A definite crowd-pleaser at any tea party and a great alternative to your typical afternoon tea snacks.

For the bread:
350-400ml beetroot juice
600g bread flour
1x 10g instant dry yeast
pinch salt

For the cake:
500g labneh
2 lemons
500g spiralized butternut, pickled
1 avocado
500g spiralized beetroot, pickled
¼ purple cabbage, thinly sliced
2 carrots, grated
3 tablespoons mayonnaise
½ cup full cream yoghurt

For the topping:
1 pack baby vegetables
1 pack edible flowers
1 pack baby pea shoots
3 baby cucumbers
