This dish is A.M.A.Z.I.N.G! A fabulous way to stretch the budget with a meal that is packed with flavor. Consider it in the category of gourmet and company elegant. If you are feeding a bunch of munchkins, after cooking the beef patties, simply cut it into pieces to really stretch it.
2 eggs, lightly beaten
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 cup Italian bread crumbs
1 small onion, minced
1 Tbl. balsamic vinegar
1 Tbl. garlic, minced
1 tsp. beef bouillon
1 Tbl. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp Montreal steak seasoning
4 Tbl. butter, divided
1 package sliced fresh mushrooms
1 cup water
1 packet brown gravy mix
1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup milk
1 Tbl. balsamic vinegar
2 Tbl. sour cream
Pasta or rice
