These salmon burgers are topped with fresh slices of avocado and a cool, refreshing cucumber spread making this a perfectly soothing meal.

½ teaspoon lemon juice
¼ teaspoon salt
1 egg
1 teaspoon soy sauce
2 green onions chopped
2 garlic cloves minced
Cucumber Spread
½ cucumber peeled and sliced
3 green onions chopped
8 ounces cream cheese room temperature
¼ teaspoon salt
