Salmon Croquets

Everyone will think these are difficult; but only you will know how simple & tasty these are!

2 cans pink salmon
2 eggs
2 tsp. garlic powder - divided
2 tsp. onion powder - divided
3 tsp. "Nature's Seasoning" (or your favorite seasoned salt) - divided
1 tsp. celery salt
1 tsp. dried diced onion flakes
1 1/2 sleeves saltine crackers - crushed fine
Oil for frying

3 tsp. "Nature's Seasoning" (or your favorite seasoned salt) - divided
1 tsp. celery salt
1 tsp. dried diced onion flakes
1 1/2 sleeves saltine crackers - crushed fine
Oil for frying
Drain cans of salmon well & pick free of any bones.
In a medium bowl, place salmon & flake apart.
Add eggs & half of the garlic powder, half of the onion powder,
& half of the seasoned salt.
Also add the celery salt & dried onion flakes.
Add in 1/2 sleeve of the crushed saltine crackers.
Mix well & form into "egg shaped & sized" balls.
In a seperate bowl, add 1 sleeve crushed saltine crackers.
Mix in remaining garlic powder, onion powder & seasoned salt.
Roll formed salmon balls in seasoned cracker crumbs,
patting firmly to coat.
In a large skillet, heat oil over medium heat.
Carefully add salmon balls. Gently turn every few minutes,
browning on all sides. When done, drain on paper towels.
