Salmon with Mexi-Mayo Sauce

This dish really pops with a simple, spicy sauce baked on salmon.

1 pound of boneless salmon fillets
3/4 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup salsa, drained
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp ground white pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp cumin
In a bowl, mix the mayo, salsa, salt, pepper, garlic powder and cumin until well blended. Place fillets in a baking dish. Spread mayo mixture on top of fillets. Bake uncovered, for 20 minutes at 350 degrees.
