Salted Choc Chip Cookie Dough Fudge

Salted Choc Chip Cookie Dough Fudge. Easy fudge with the flavour of cookie dough, lots of choc chips and a little salty kick for a garnish.

1 can (395ml) sweetened condensed milk
1 cup (200g) golden caster sugar (or white sugar)
1/4 cup liquid glucose (or light corn syrup)
115 g (1 stick / ½ cup) unsalted butter
220 g 220g white chocolate, chopped (or white choc buttons)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup (65g) plain (AP) flour
1 1/4 cups cups milk chocoloate chips (split 1 cup / 1/4 cup)
1 1/2 teaspoons sea salt flakes
