For the crust:
4 oz cookies
2 oz melted butter
For the batter:
21 oz cream cheese
1 cup sugar
4 eggs, separated
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla extract
3/4 cup whipping cream

1/3 cup dark brown sugar
1 tbsp maple syrup
