A quick and healthy one pot dinner that will please the whole family.

3 teaspoons olive oil
1 package your favorite sausage, sliced (I used chicken sausage with red and green peppers)
1 onion, diced
1 red pepper, diced
3 garlic cloves, minced
2 teaspoons flour
1 Box (13.25 oz) Barilla Whole Grain Rotini
3 cups low-sodium chicken broth
5 ounces spinach
4 ounces crumbled feta cheese
salt and pepper to taste
