Sausage, Egg and Cheese Bake

Hash browns, sausage, eggs and two kinds of cheese with some half and half equals a delicious dish.

3 cups frozen cubed hash browns, thawed
1 cup swiss cheese, shredded
1 cup hot sausage, cooked and well drained
1 cup pepper jack cheese, shredded
4 large eggs, lightly beaten
1 cup half and half

Preheat oven to 400º F. Spray a 1 1/2 quart deep casserole dish with cooking spray. Place has browns in prepared baking dish. Bake for 20 minutes. Remove from oven and reduce oven temperature to 350º...
