Sausage & Provolone Frittata
10
Seriously! This is the best Frittata I have ever eaten! The sausage and provolone cheese add wonderful flavor to the fluffy scrambled eggs. I think I might make this everyday .

14 Sausage Links (12 oz. package)
7 Eggs
1/8 cup Milk or water
4 slices Provolone Cheese (or more if you’re a cheeseaholic - go ahead I won’t judge you)
7 Eggs
1/8 cup Milk or water
4 slices Provolone Cheese (or more if you’re a cheeseaholic - go ahead I won’t judge you)
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
In a 10 inch cast iron skillet, cook the sausage on medium high heat.
While the sausage is cooking, in a mixing bowl beat the eggs and milk (or water) together.
When the sausage is done cooking pour half of the eggs into the skillet.
Immediately after the eggs comes the cheese.
Then the rest of the eggs and cook on the stove top for 7 minutes.
Now into the oven @ 350 degrees for 20 – 25 minutes.
Remove from the oven, slice, plate, and ENJOY!
