3/4 cups white wine (divided)
1 Large shallot (sliced and divided)
1 teaspoon Two Snooty Chefs Italiano Capri seasoning
1 teaspoon olive oil
1 Large shallot (sliced into rings)
1 Large garlic clove (crushed)
1/4 cup fat free sour cream
1 teaspoon Tones Rosemary Garlic Seasoning
3 cups fresh spinach (loosly packed)
3/4 cups white wine (divided)
