Easy Savory Breakfast Tarts are made with a no-knead spelt crust and filled with goat cheese, eggs, and Canadian bacon. Perfect for breakfast or brunch, this combination is sure to satisfy appetites!

¾ cup spelt flour
¾ cup whole wheat pastry flour
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder
½ cup cold water
¼ cup olive oil

Filling
4 oz goat cheese
5 oz shredded mozzarella
6 eggs
6 sliced Canadian bacon, diced
12 cherry tomatoes
salt and pepper, to taste
6 sprigs fresh thyme
