Savory Cheese Truffles

A savory appetizer to serve at your next party with your favorite crackers and white wine.

1 (8-ounce) package of reduced fat softened cream cheese
1 (6-ounce) package of softened goat cheese
1 teaspoon Traminette Wine (dry white wine) or lemon juice
2 Tablespoons minced fresh chives
2 teaspoons jarred roasted minced garlic
½ teaspoon cracked black pepper
1 cup finely chopped pecans
½ cup chopped flat-leaf parsley

Beat the cream cheese, goat cheese and wine with a mixer until smooth. Add the chives, garlic and black pepper. Stir by hand until well mixed. Cover and chill at 2 hours in the refrigerator. Mix...
