Savory Crepes With Chia Seeds And Garlic

Have you ever tried savory filled crêpes? I don’t make them often but when I do I make mostly minced meat sauce (with canned tomatoes and other vegetables). This time I played with the batter too and created this tasty savory pancake/ crêpe batter with chia seeds and garlic. We loved them!
500ml (2 cups) Milk
80g (½ cup) Plain Flour
80g (½ cup) Rye Flour
1 Tablespoon Chia seeds
1 Tablespoon Dried Oregano
3 Cloves Garlic
1 Medium Egg
Salt to Taste (1/4 teaspoon)
