A seafood dinner recipe with a combination of flavors from mixed seafood and chorizo that will quell your seafood cravings. You can add fish slices to this recipe too. It works well with any white fish and with salmon. You can also tweak the recipe by adding some diced carrots and celery for added crunch. For additional flavor notes, you can add a stalk of lemongrass or a bunch of dill. You can also add some vegetables such as corn or potatoes to add body to the dish. A bit of cream and saffron would also be wonderful in this seafood stew recipe.

6 oz chorizo
4 oz large fennel
2 oz onions
4 garlic cloves
1 tsp tomato paste
1 cup dry white wine
4 cups fish stock
3 oz tomatoes
2 lbs seafood mix
½ tsp chili flakes
½ cup chopped flat-leaf parsley
1 Lemon
1 cup of Cannellini Beans
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tbsp olive oil
