Sheet Pan Brats, Sweet Potato, & Brussels Sprouts

Sheet Pan Bratwurst, Sweet Potato, & Brussel Sprouts is the easiest dinner you will every make, just chop, spread across a sheet pan, sprinkle with seasonings and bake!

12 ounces pre-cooked uncured 100% grass-fed brats or sausage
1lb sweet potatoes
1lb brussels sprouts
1T avocado oil
cooking spray - I used avocado oil spray
