It is a soft and delicious cookie with a signature rough edge. Now you can make them at home and see why everyone loves them!

1 cup butter ( softened )
3/4 cup coconut oil ( melted )
1 1/4 cups sugar
3/4 cup powdered sugar
2 tbsp water
2 eggs
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp cream of tartar
1 tsp salt
5 1/2 cups flour
Frosting
1/2 cup butter ( softened )
2 tbsp sour cream
4 cups powdered sugar
2 tsp vanilla
