A super simple Mediterranean-style sheet pan recipe featuring roasted chicken breast, potatoes, and asparagus topped with zesty artichokes and lemon.

1-1/2 lbs. boneless, skinless chicken breast
4-5 large red potatoes
1 lb. asparagus
1 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. thyme
1/2 tsp. rosemary
1 tsp. smoked paprika
1/2 tsp. salt
2/3 tsp. pepper
2 Tbsp. olive oil split
1 12 oz. jar marinated artichokes
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
1 large lemon
