This shrimp salad is perfect for a light dinner or special lunch, even an elegant luncheon. It is easy and takes very little time. If you don't want to boil your shrimp, many grocery stores will steam them for you and they will work well also. Although listed as a main dish, it could be an appetizer or salad.

1 lb medium boiled shrimp
1 tomato, roughly diced
1 small onion, diced
2 small red sweet peppers, diced
2 tomatillos, diced
1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
4 Tablespoons cocktail sauce
4 Tablespoons fresh lime juice
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
1 Florida avocado (2 Hass), cut into shrimp size pieces

4 Tablespoons cocktail sauce
4 Tablespoons fresh lime juice
