Shrimp & Pesto pasta

Delicious & easy pasta dish with a perfect blend of tomatoes, basil, pesto & shrimp!

8 oz. angel hair pasta
1 can Italian diced tomatoes
1/4 chopped green onion
1/4 cup pesto
6 oz. frozen shrimp (cooked, peeled, deveined, tailoff)
3 T. extra virgin olive oil
grated parmesan
Cook pasta according to directions. Meanwhile saute shrimp in a skillet with 1 Tablespoon olive oil until heated through. While shrimp and pasta are cooking, mix diced tomatoes, onion, and pesto in a bowl. Drain pasta and toss with sauce mixture and shrimp. Top with grated parmesan. Enjoy!
